Medical Seva Offerings.

With the infinite grace and guidance of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, the SSSIO Sri Lanka carried out a series of compassionate medical-related Seva initiatives across the island during the months of April and May 2025. These projects were offered with deep devotion as part of Aradhana Mahotsavam observances and the Sri Sathya Sai Avatar Centenary Year.

On 6th April 2025, a Blood Donation Camp was lovingly organized by the Northern Region. This sacred act, held in anticipation of Aradhana Mahotsavam, drew the heartfelt participation of 38 devotees who donated blood — symbolizing the offering of lifeblood itself in service to humanity. Each pint stood as a testimony to the spirit of selfless giving, inspired by Swami’s teachings.

Later in the month, on 24th April, the Western & Southern Region conducted another Blood Donation Camp at the Colombo Sai Mandhir as a direct offering during the Aradhana Mahotsavam day. A total of 19 pints were collected and respectfully handed over to the National Blood Centre.

Continuing this momentum, a Free Medical Camp was organized on 11th May by the Jaffna Sathya Sai Seva Centre in collaboration with the Kala Mandram of the Thondaimanaru Selva Sannathi Murugan Temple. Held at the temple’s Kala Mandram office, the camp brought together 15 volunteers, including 7 medical specialists and a pharmacist, who offered loving consultations and free medication to nearly 70 beneficiaries.

Though geographically diverse, these Seva activities were united in their purpose — to bring relief, care, and love to those in need, following Bhagawan’s timeless guidance: “Love All, Serve All.” With sincere hearts and dedicated hands, devotees from across Sri Lanka joined together to make Swami’s teachings a living reality in the lives of others.
