In the Wanathavilluwa Divisional Secretariat Area, dry ration family packs and clothing were distributed to affected families in the villages of Pukkulam (39 families), Aluth Eluwankulama (65 families) and Wattakandal (86 families), providing essential support during the recovery period. At Gangevadiya, flood relief packages were distributed at the local church to support affected families, as floodwaters had risen significantly in the area.
